My Vision

My vision is to transform Oyo state to one of the best states in the world and we have what it takes to do that. Oyo State is strategically positioned to take advantage of our geographical location and the natural resources that the almighty God has deposited in our state, from Ibadan to Ibarapa, Akinyele, Fiditi, Ilora, Okeho, Afijio, Iseyin, Igbeti, Saki, Ogbomoso, Oyo Alaafin etc.

The natural resources and human resources  are enormous waiting to be tapped by good and responsible governor. Our government will tap into these resources for the benefit of the good people of Oyo State. We would set pace for other states to follow.

We would create an enabling environment where peace and security to lives and properties would be guarantee to all without regards to tribes. We understand that without peace and security, there can be no meaningful development in the State.

It is when the State is peaceful and secure that we can increase our Internal Generated Revenue (IGR) and thus we will not need to borrow and be in perpetual debts the way we are now.

The increase in poverty in our land, the unprecedented unemployment rates, hunger and starvation are as result of lack of vision on the part of our leaders. This has to change under my leadership, the obnoxious bureaucracy and lack of respect for human dignity by some of our leaders will give way to mutual respect and a renew social engineering that will catapult our state to a lofty heights.

We will put an end of injustice and Oppression, the property of Oyo State belongs to the people of Oyo state and we will put an end to a situation where the Governor will be selling the properties of Oyo state to his cronies and liquidating what should be bringing revenue to our State.

I am looking to that day when the gap between the rich and the poor will narrow, when the court will truly be the last hope of common man and not for the elite and the wicked politicians, when people will not sleep with hunger in the land of abundance, when the children of the poor will have access to position like the children of the rich and education will be free. 

Our government will prioritise and continue to show compassion to the poor and the needy.  There will be Integrated Rural Development; Construction of good roads to all the villages and provision of adequate supply of electricity or by means of Solar Energy. We would provide subsidy on Agricultural products and encourage mechanised farming through free training for farmers or farmers to be.
